Ok so, after watching the first season of Digimon Adventure, I realised that the guy who voices Jet Black from Cowboy Bebop is actually the same person who voices Ogremon. A little more research tells me he did Barrett from FFVIII: Advent Children, as well as Edrad Liones from Bleach.
He also had a small role as “Mayor” in the Hannah Montana movie.

I love how some of the Digimon dialogue makes zero fucking sense:
